PAP Flap Before and After
PAP flap before & after photos
The Profunda Artery Perforator (PAP) Flap uses excess fat and skin from the upper inner thigh to recreate a soft, warm, and living breast. The PAP flap is well suited to thin women with minimal abdominal tissue, women with a pear-shaped body habitus, or women who have previously undergone a tummy tuck or extensive gynecological surgery. The scar from the PAP flap donor site is similar to that of a thigh lift, and the donor site shape after a PAP flap results in a rounder, more uplifted buttock.
